No matter the struggle, no matter how defeated we sometimes feel, it is imperative to remember that God is always there when we need a friend and comforter. All we need to do is reach out to Him.
Here are some encouraging scriptures that are reminders of His promises. I hope that these passages will be a blessing and source of strength for you. The Lord’s word is such a comfort whenever times get tough.
Isaiah 41:10
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
James 1:12
“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.”
Romans 8:18
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”
